Privacy
Every public profile and every member-to-member display uses a pseudonym. Photographs are yours to place, and yours to withdraw.
Your photograph may be visible if you choose public display, but your real name and personal contact details must remain private. Covenant Connections will notify you when the required verification has been completed and personal information may be exchanged.
Publication does not mean verification is complete. A profile can appear publicly once the application, subscription, and public-display consent are complete and the required automated content checks pass.
A public photograph can make someone recognizable and may be copied or shared by visitors. If that trade-off does not suit you, a text-only profile is available at every level and uses strong typography and a character-focused introduction so it looks intentional and attractive.
When a member approves a particular requester, that requester receives a secure, account-bound link to the authorized member's private profile. The link can be revoked, and it never exposes any other private profile.
Raw applications, pastoral contact information, identity documents, and other confidential records are never forwarded to members. Payment status, pastoral recommendation status, and verification status are kept separate.
One member profile is placed across the galleries a member authorizes. No separate application and no duplicate account is needed for each placement.
